Born in England, Graduated from Colchester College of Business in 1980. Licensed in 1994, Brokers License in 1999. With Re/Max College Park 1994-1996, Cotton Realty 1996 - present.

Graduated from San Jose State University with a BA in Behavioral Science 1972, and University of Santa Clara with a Masters Degree in Psychology 1974. Licensed in 1982, Brokers License in 1988. I   Work above and beyond your expectations.

Ask any group of people and the majority will tell you that their experience with buying or selling a piece of property does not rate among their most treasured memories. In fact, in this day and age, dealing with real estate agents rates just above dealing with attorneys and car salesmen. Cotton Realty prides itself on being one of the exceptions. II   Provide you a stress and worry free experience.

Selling or purchasing a home or investment property can be a very worrying and stressful time. We appreciate this and understand that you have a life, a job and a family to focus on, and as such, we will do everything in our power to alleviate any undue stress by dealing with the day to day business of selling a property, such as meeting inspectors, arranging repairs, scheduling appraisers, etc. When you use Cotton Realty to handle your sale or purchase, it's business as usual for you… and us.

III   Plan for and handle the expected.

When you've been selling Real Estate as long as we have, you know what to expect and how to handle it. Every property may be different, but the process is the same. We've handled every aspect of selling property many times and know what to do and how to do it. And if we don't, we have a whole team of Subsidiary businesses from which to get the answer. That's right, we don't know "everything", but we know who does!

IV   Anticipate and handle the unexpected.

Occasionally problems arise that are not part of the normal day to day business of selling Real Estate, the answers to which are not found in any Real Estate training manual. This is when having an experienced agent, who specializes in the particular area of sales, pays off. Recognizing what the problem is, knowing where to find, or whom to ask for answers, deciding on the best course of action and implementing that action, all comes from years of experience. We've been selling homes and investment properties for over 24 years! We've learned not to be surprised by the unexpected, but to anticipate it!

V   Always be truthful, lawful and ethical.

There are many laws governing Real Estate and Real Estate agents, and the Department of Real Estate has a Code of Ethics that all agents must abide by. But then this country has many laws yet it's prisons are full. Just because there are laws doesn't mean that they won't be broken. None of the agents at Cotton Realty have ever been convicted of a crime, charged with a crime, had their license revoked, had their license suspended, or even restricted.We've never even received a complaint . We believe in honesty, integrity and complete disclosure, and nothing less. My father worked for Lloyd's of London Insurance and their maxim was 'My Word is My Bond'. He taught me to live my life by those words. And that is what you can expect at Cotton Realty.

VI   Close the deal.

Over the many years of doing business we have built a reputation in the Real Estate profession, among which is the knowledge that we close the deal. Whether we're representing a seller or a buyer, the agents in our profession know that the listing is competitive and the buyer is ready, willing and able. We do our homework before presenting a listing for sale or making an offer to purchase, so that when we open escrow neither side needs a "back-up" plan. When we are negotiating deals, that kind of respect is money in the bank!
