How does it work? We will walk you through the process of transferring your IRA, 401k or Roth IRA into a Self-Directed IRA account. Then, based upon the amount of funds you have available, you can either purchase an Income Producing Property separately or you can pool your funds with other like-minded investors and purchase property through an LLC (Limited Liability Corporation).
Currently, we are putting together an LLC to purchase a multi-unit property with the funds from 9 investors' retirement accounts. Their individual investments vary from $15,000 to $80,000. This investment has the estimated potential of at least a 10% monthly cash flow, which will be re-invested to pay off the loan early, and a huge potential appreciation return, after expenses, in 10 years. And these are conservative estimates.
